which basically is go ''down'' already, hold till i say ''up''...
but i'm nice okay, i did those push-ups with them..

those push-ups,
i guess with etch in their minds..

the girls in the sec 2 squad were giggling away when in ''down'' position..
cox they can't hold in the position properly..

that kinda push-ups isn't my ''copyrighted'' idea
i just rmb that before my batch's ANCO,
Sir Kok How suddenly came down for one of the trainings,
then i think that day it rained,
so we were doing PT..
then he like take us,
and he made us do 50 of that push-up..
and i didn't managed to do all standard..
i think i start piak-ing onto the floor after around 30 standard ones..
or maybe even earlier..
haha.. =P

then after training,
was walking home with Kerri..
Kerri going Tiong direction..
then saw WT and miss NA2 leader..
they were at the bus-stop..
and Kerri and i were walking on the path of Tiong Bahru Park, which is parallel to the bus stop..
shouted towards miss NA2 leader, teased her for being WEAK..
then after that i shouted ''You remember to sleep ar'' in Chinese...
then like, WT was like
''say to me say to me''
then i blur,
thought she asking what i said..
then after that she shouted ''as in say to me''
then i shouted ''You remember to sleep ar'' to WT..
then she's like ''i try i try''..
LOL..
her and her funny replies..
