Crying
it's a physically draining, painful, and dehydrating activity..
and crying at night,
when you are on your bed,
and trying to hide the fact you are crying,
is even more tiring...
and normally,
either you fall asleep from crying,
or you can't sleep cox of it,
and would end up being awake till weird timings like 4+am...
sometimes,
listening to songs,
makes things better,
yet makes things worse...
i wonder why i participate in this troublesome activity..
and over something that i thought didn't bother me much..
but wells,
this particular activity,
is a form of stress relief in a way too,
because after crying you'd feel much better,
or maybe you're just too tired to think about what made you cry..
but then again,
it's the same..
at least you're not thinking about the matter.
sometimes,
at some point in time,
we people just need to cry,
to feel better.
when the time comes,
let it all out,
at necessary places and times of course..
crying to yourself works best, really. =)
