Kids..

I realised,
i have been scolding the kids alot...
not only recently,
maybe,
this year onwards?
i have been scolding them...
i actually hate doing that,
cox,
all along,
since being an NCO,
i believed that my juniors,
who are already in secondary school,
are old enough,
to understand instructions,
and old enough to think,
and old enough to carry out instructions...
and that,
since they're old enough,
i shouldn't be scolding,
in my NCO term,
i haven't scolded much...
and i seriously don't like scolding..
not that i want to be a nice person blah blah blah,
but then,
look at things this way,
when your parents scold you,
you would get pissed at them,
and then go on to go against them right?
so if i scolded you kids,
you all would make the mistakes even more right?
but then,
i have been scolding,
because,
i wonder why,
no matter how many times i say,
no matter how many times i repeat,
you all just rmb for that split second,
and then go on to make the same mistake again...
one perfect example,
dragging your feet,
is it that nice to drag?
is your feet so heavy?
is walking on your heels so difficult?
need you drag them?
tell me,
what can i do to make you listen..
LISTEN, not HEAR...
HEARING doesn't make you rmb,
LISTENING does..
haix...
i just hope,
i don't have to scold the kids so much,
and hopefully not at all..
because scolding the kids,
is an insult to them,
and also an insult to their commanders...
and an insult to SJ...
because it shows that you all need to be scolded to know what is right,
it shows that you all need to be scolded to understand and carry out simple instructions given to you..
